A road trip through California | Condé Nast Traveller

California’s national parks are imprinted onto the cultural zeitgeist. Many a desktop screensaver defaults to Yosemite’s El Capitan, where Ansel Adams took his first famous photographs. And the great American road trip through these magnificent landscapes is one of the ultimate bucket-list journeys; the allure of taking to the open road has been immortalised in films and songs for decades. In this video, we follow the dusty tracks through California’s most beautiful corners, from Palm Springs to Death Valley.
