Pophams, the hit bakery in London’s Islington, is known for its deliciously inventive pastries – particularly the famous Marmite and cheese swirl, which caused a social media storm when the bakery launched back in October 2017. A second branch on Richmond Road in Hackney followed, and now head chef Phil King has launched an evening pasta menu too, serving dishes such as taleggio cappelletti with macerated grapes and hazelnuts. We visited to find out exactly how to make pasta at home.
